LOUNGE: Spacious main lounge with soft furnishings and large coffee table. Italian Carrera marble and granite fireplace with electric coal effect fire. Smart 46" flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player, CD Audio system, Wii & XBOX 360 consoles. A selection of box & board games are also provided. KITCHEN DINER: Superb new fitted kitchen, oak laminate floor with glass display cabinets. Electric oven, built in ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and dishwasher. Full compliment of cooking and dining utensils. Kitchen dining area has table & chairs for 6 persons. Childs high chair available on request.
